All orders, no matter how low your purchase price, will be shipped free via FedEx ground. There is never a minimum dollar amount for free shipping. You may make a special shipping request asking that FedEx obtain a signature. In this case we must charge a small fee. Such a requests for Indirect Signature Required or Direct Signature Required on a package will cost $4. Please CLICK HERE to request a delivery signature.
This depends on your location. Most receive their orders between 3 and 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship everything FedEx. If your order is placed after 1pm EST it will then likely ship the follow weekday. Eastern states orders will ship from Suffield, CT., while orders from western states will ship from Missoula, MT.
Design for Health does the shipping from their Connecticut and Montana locations. You will not ever receive products that have been sitting on a store or wharehouse shelf. They go to great expense and any lengths to insure all DFH products are manufacture and kept in a climate controlled atmosphere.
If after placing your online order you haven't received a tacking number after 2 weekdays, please click contact us, and send an email so we can track it and send you the information. Make sure the tracking number isn't in your spam or junk email folder.
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, please click contact us, email us the correct address so we can send your order again. In this case there is a fee for shipping.
